A 200% increase in sales and conversion rates well above 10% within month 1 of relaunch

Objectives

A re-platform and migration; full responsive re-design; bespoke user journey and check-out and multiple integrations including Interflora API and Deliver-IT API.

Approach

To develop a fully responsive site linking all the business processes together and significantly increase online takings plus reduce administration overheads. Integrate both with the Interflora API and a sophisticated fulfilment solution which allows the business to dynamically create routes and track delivery progress via GPS.

Results

Launched just prior to Christmas 2014 with practically no marketing the new site saw a remarkable 200% increase in sales and conversion rates well above 10%. February 2015 recorded their most successful

Valentines Day online almost doubling their YoY.
